Organic AF ‘Rubi’ Classic Flat Bill Trucker Hat - green & white

Have you met Rubi? Named after the most abundant and quit possibly the most important enzyme on planet earth, Rubisco (or Rubi for short) is the true mascot of organic agriculture. Don’t believe me?  Google it!  It will all make sense.  

Interesting side note, Rubisco also has a high error rate, failing to perform its sole function about 20% of the time. I sure wish I could consistently fail that much and still be the most respected in my class.

Anyway, I’m supposed to be trying to sell you a hat, so, Show your support for organic agriculture by rocking this one-of-a-kind, custom hat.  If you choose to do so you’re obviously the kind of person we want to hang out with…around a campfire…talking about things like…

 Did you know that organic farming sequesters carbon better than any other form of farming?  That means less carbon in the atmosphere, which is better for our people and our planet.  Organic farming also provides healthy, beneficial ecosystem services, keeps our water clean, reduces pesticide exposure in the environment, produces more nutrient-dense food, and is just flat out sexier than chemical farming.

 If you 'get it' and want others to know you're no fool, there's no better hat to wear.  From the Farmers Market to the Night Club, city library to our nation’s capital, show the world you are an organic advocate...that you support the farmers out there doing their part to produce our food responsibly. And most importantly, you’ll be able to tell all your friends about Rubisco  

 *I understand that this hat is not made from organic cotton and for that reason it might not be the right hat for you.  I get it, trust me.  The good news is that I'm working on that.  Be on the lookout for more hats soon - some with organic and/or recycled materials.

**For my fellow certification nerds please know that I tried my darnedest to source an organic hat.  I performed my commercial availability search of far more than three sources.  Those searches did not yield any sources that met our requirements for form or function.  I do have one organic trucker hat available that fits like a conehead and only comes in black and gray.  Please let me know if you’d prefer that style.  If not, rest assured that all hats are likely “regenerative” …because we know what that’s all about 🤪
